Jamaith Da’wa Thablique
Islam popularly known as JDT Islam was established in the year 1922
for sheltering and grooming the orphan children. More than 50,000
orphans and destitute children have been fed, sheltered and educated
in the institution so far. JDT is extending its diversified services
by understanding and alleviating the hardship and miseries of
helpless soul and moulding them into responsible citizens by
providing better education.

| Admission |
|
|
|
| The University issues admission notification every
year in the month of May. Admission to management B.Ed., BIT and ADIT
programmes are through entrance test. For B.Sc.(N), PGDMCH, PGDHHM and
CRS programmes, admission is on the basis of merit. For all other
programmes, admission will be given to all the eligible applicants.
For certificate programmes and management programmes, there is a
second cycle starting in July. |

Multimedia Institutions |
|

| The University has adopted multimedia approach to
instruction. In addition to the self-instructional materials (SIMS)
counselling and practicals at study centres, there are a number of
additional electronic media components provided to the students to
enhance learning. |
